Individuals enrolled through Supports Coordination Organizations(SCO) with the Office of Developmental Programs in the Department of Human Services, broken down by Race with the number and percentage of working age participants with an employment goal in their Individual Service Plan (ISP), number and percentage of employment services authorized, and number and percentage of employment services utilized. Notes: 1. Data is for working-age adults (ages 18-64) enrolled in Consolidated, P/FDS, Community Living, or Adult Autism Waivers, base funded services, or Supports Coordination Services only. 2. Data is a "point in time" as of December 31st of the reported calendar year, unless otherwise noted. 3. Percentages for Employment Goal in ISP were determined using the statewide total of reported individuals as the denominator. 4.Percentages for Employment Services Authorized were determined using the total number of individuals with an Employment Goal in their ISP for each SCO as the denominator. 5. Percentages for Employment Services Utilized were determined by using the total number of individuals with Employment Services Authorized for each SCO as the denominator. 6. "Other" are people that were identified in HCSIS as American Indian, or Alaskan Native, Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander, Other, Unknown, or Multi-race. 7. Reported numbers of 11 or under are suppressed for confidentiality purposes prior to any public released of the reported data.
